Into Everything!!!

Olivia is a few weeks away from being 1 and let me tell you that this girl is just INTO EVERYTHING!

I am sure this is pretty much every child and I am pretty sure Luke did(does) the same thing but I just can't keep up with this girl. Anything she can pull out, tear up, mess up, or create, she pretty much does.

Part of me wants to be quicker than her and stop her before she gets to it but the other part of me wants me to let her "be creative and touch as much as she can" so that her "mind will expand and not be limited to simple things"

Oh but the messes and piles she leaves behind.

I was cooking the other day or cleaning up the mess, I can't remember which one, and Rog points down to the floor and says, "Um, look at her. Do you want her doing that?" I glance over and see that our daughter has found her favorite cabinet and has gotten lost in the joy of playing with bowls and lids. Oh well right? she could be getting into worse drawers. The 2nd of the other 87 things our daughter gets into is our bedroom kleenex box. Oh this one really drives me crazy but yet again, I hold back every time just to let her explore a bit. Trust me, I think every time she pulls out a kleenex, "ok please don't rip or drool all over this one so I can put it back without any harm done." I know this might might sound a bit crazy but I actually hate buying kleenex because I feel like it is a waste of money sometimes. I do it just so our toilet paper lasts a bit longer. I know. I am weird.

I think she knows this gets to me because she looks at me before and during every pull, holds it out for me and then throws it behind her so that she can rip out the next one.
And if that isn't enough, she then takes the kleenex and rips it into tiny shreds until there is no more to pull apart.

*I am so mad right now because I had other pics of this instance and for some reason they were deleted off and our computer with the pics is not hooked up of course. You will just have to picture her doing these steps and making a complete mess in the end*

Other things my lovely daughter gets into that I haven't been able to capture yet is:
My makeup
recipes
books
folded clothes
and anything else that is 2ft and under.

yeah she is probably trying to say, "c'mon mom, lets go, put the food away."
