Here is a nice, warm meal for the fall, winter months!
My family just LOVES this recipe!
Ingredients: I, most of the time 1 1/2 this sauce.
1 stick butter or marg.
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1tsp. salt
1/8 dry mustard
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Melt butter in pan. Add ketchup, vinegar, salt, mustard and Italian Seasoning. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken in baking dish. (Usually use 4 to 6 chicken breasts for this. I use boneless but my mom always used the chicken with the bone in.) Bake at 400* for an hour. (that is most likely when using chicken with the bone. I use boneless and average between 45 to 50 min. for this.) Just check.
ENJOY!!!!
OH I almost forgot!!!! Eat this with mashed potatos and a yummy veggie!!!!!!!!!
I am an EXTREMELY, HAPPILY married woman to an AMAZING man for almost 10 years now. June 21, 2003. My husband is super supportive and does all he can to keep me where my heart is most content! AT HOME!!! I would never think of doing anything other than this! About a year into our marriage, we decided it was maybe time to start adding to our family. Our first two pregnancies ended up in miscarriage. Not too long after, God blessed us once again and on October 18 of 2006 we had Luke. Before we knew it, God decided just one wasn't enough. A mere 14 months later on December 22,2007, we were extremely blessed with a little baby girl, Olivia. As if we didn't have our hands full yet, God decided to allow me to become pregnant once more and be due to have our 3rd child around June 28, 2009. That was what we thought anyways. May 30, 2009, we had a little baby girl, Lilliana Grace. However, it was the Lord's plan to take her to be with him that day. We praise God for his comfort and Grace! And, once again, the Lord has blessed us with our 4th blessing! Annelyse was born October 20, 2010. She's a big hit around here and extremely loved by her big brother and sister!
God couldn't have blessed us at a better time! I started this blog to keep fresh all of our little family memories, good and bad. Hopefully this blog will do its job to show everyone our moments together as a family! These are the times that just so happened to be caught by a camera and that's not always an easy task! Feel free to join us in the making of family memories!
