Dinner Time

I have so much to post here in the next few days but here is just a taste of what some of our feedings are like. I would love to blame this one on our dear child but I must say this one was all me! I think this day luke was a bit hyper and I was trying to steer the food away from his Sunday outfit. Instead, my hand slipped and I dropped the container of peaches everywhere! I had only given him two or three bites and there it went, all down my leg and all over the floor! (What a waste of .50 or however much I paid for it) That was what flashed through my mind until I realized "why wouldn't I do something like this sooner or later?" Why would I wait on my child making the mess when I am perfectly capable of doing it myself? Luke, however thought this act was a bit humerous so I thought oh why not take a picture of it. If you can see though Luke does have peas and some of the peaches all over his face and on part of his shirt! What can you do but enjoy the messy moments along with the clean and cute ones?

Aim,
Be glad that the food on you is straight from the jar, and not thrown back up on you from Luke! Hee Hee. :-) When Colin was that age, I can't tell you how many times he threw up on me (I got the hint after a while that I was MAYBE feeding him too much?) after he ate....it was so many times, though, that I began to recognize when it was coming and would rush him to the sink for him to throw up in there! I thought I would never be able to eat yogurt again...but I am past it. Love the pics though--that was really funny!

That's awesome! Don't you love the feeling that you just wasted money on that jar. Aimee-it's so cute, everytime Reese sees Luke's picture she said, "Uke", I can't wait to see you guys soon.
