I went yesterday to get my ultrasound! I was very specific in telling the lady that we did not want to know what we were having! At the very end of it all Rog asked her if she knew what the baby was. She paused for a second thinking about what to say and with a blank stare on her face she said she did! All I could think of was OH Great! Now I should at least know since I am the mother but I refrained and left it alone! It is killing me though now that I know that someone other than the Creator of this child knows the sex of this baby! I guess the suspense will eat at me for about 4 more months! There is something about the anxiety of it all that just gets me more and more excited! I know.... strange. oh well. We were able to see the baby looking out, opening his mouth and sticking his tongue in and out!! That was so neat! Rog said that since the baby's mouth was open it had to be a girl. (I told him to watch it) Can't wait to see this precious child!!!

That's too funny. I love that part about anyone else but the Creator knowing. The suspense is fun...even for me waiting to see who this Baby Merritt will be! So glad you are expecting another little one!!! I'm already excited thinking about the next one...although I'm happy to totally wait on the Lord's good timing. Children are such blessings!
okay I got it....I NEED TO BE AN ULTRASOUND technician....then I could KNOW everyones babies gender whether they want to know or not!! Wouldn't that be the perfect job for me!!!!
Can't wait to hear what he/she is...I seriously still want to call in tomorrow and say I'm YOU!! I wouldn't tell anyone, hee hee....lol
Seriously you are looking awesome and so cute. Luke is getting so big and will feel huge once this little one is here. Was good to see you today.
What a neat pic Aim! I love it! I think Heather is onto something about calling in....I actually might be able to get away with that, since I could really honestly say, "this is Mrs. Merritt calling, and I have decided that I want to know what the sex is of the baby afterall!" Hee hee, wouldn't that be absolutely hilarious...I may have to think on that one a little more! :-)
Love you, glad everything was okay at the sono and I will talk to you soon!
