1 Year

 It has been one year of new adventures.

Annelyse has made our home full of fun, laughter and new beginnings all over again.

You would have thought we knew what to expect but, like labor pains, some things you just forget.

These last few months, Annelyse has brought so much joy to our home we often look at each other in amazement at the things she is learning every day. Walking, up and down stairs, shaking her head yes and no  when asked questions, saying 'thank you' and 'again' in her own language,getting in and out of the play car, climbing, joking and teasing with us... Something new all the time.

I just love this little baby girl.

Just to show you how determined and full of energy she is, I took this picture the other day after Olivia came running in the bathroom to tell me Annelyse was on her kitchen. I was away from her for no longer than a minute. HONEST.

I mean, this face tells it all. The look she is giving me in both of these pictures shows how proud she is that she is up there and is just like her big brother and sister.  I don't EVER remember Luke or Liv climbing like this at 11 months old. I thought walking at 10/11 months was enough but everyday is something new with this little girl.
