A regular adjustment

About every week, we drive over and say hello to the chiropractor.

I usually sit with Annelyse and wait until it's our turn.
Well, that and talk to all that can't resist getting a smile from little miss Annelyse.
She is actually the youngest patient right now at the office.
She is the leading pic on the 'kid wall' and shows that even little babies can be adjusted.

While we wait, Luke and Liv run to the kid area and have fun with the other children and color.
They really love it there!

It's usually no question as to who goes first!

The kids jump up like little pros and know the routine.

We really feel strong about our children getting adjusted!
So much so that Annelyse was 1 week old when she had her first visit.
The process isn't rough. Babies are so sensitive that all they need is a tiny push on their bones to put them back in place. If that.
Trust me, she has never cried and actually thinks it's another person just wanting to hold her.

When she had her first visit she was smaller than the pillow she is laying on.
 Now, she's just as big.

Really though, last summer Rog and I were swamped with doctor bills due to Luke and Liv being on breathing treatments.
It was about 1 to2 times a month that they were sick and needed meds or treatments.
It was then we made regular visits to the chiro and began to see dramatic improvements.
We were able to go 6 to 8 months without any treatments.
Just last month was the first real time all 3 of our kids needed treatments due to the flu and chest colds.

For us, chiropractic care is worth it.

After the kids, Rog and I take our turn.

It's a family thing!

ABSOLUTELY better to pay for preventative care than to pay for sick visits!!

Love A on that pillow--she looks stiff as a board LOL
