How I let these pics slip through the cracks is beyond me.
I remember this day and remember thinking how much of a perfect day it was!
This was probably my favorite thing to do this summer.
Luke was completely crazy about fishing this summer so we would try to go whenever he would get to the 10th time of asking in a day.
Not really, but he sure did ask alot this summer!
So, while Daddy and Luke were fishing, I figured it would be a fun time to snap a few shots of what Liv was doing to keep herself occupied and entertained!
Really though, I was just trying to get 'the perfect profile pic' before Liv caught me. *grin*
Of course, Luke wanted NOTHING to do with this little photo shoot and was not very happy that I tried to take his picture.
But.
He got over that feeling pretty fast and decided it was ok if I took at least one of him!
AAAAHHHHH Summer of 2009.
It started out shocking, empty, sad and lonely but, after a while, the smiles that filled my camera showed that my summer ended up peaceful, full, joyful and oh so lovely!
"Thank you Luke and Liv for making me one thankful mommy during such a lonely time! I love you both so much and you are such a joy and a blessing to have! Your smiles are just what the doctor ordered to keep me going! Mommy loves you both So MUCH!!!"

I LOVE to sit and snap picture after picture of the boys when they don't know I'm taking them...you get so many cute shots that way! I love those of Liv, she just seems so intrigued by what she is doing!
