Flowers... On my table???

Yes, that is a bouquet of flowers on my table. Yes they are real and No I did not buy them for myself. A wonderful, sweet, thoughtful husband of mine surprised me on Monday with them. I was pretty surprised because I went to go see him while he was at a soccer game and I thought he was going to beat me home. A half hour or so after I got home he finally came in the door. I was playing with Luke in the other room and he didn't even mention them to me. I walked in the kitchen to start dinner and they were lying there all nicely wrapped with a card next to them. I was so excited because I love having flowers on my table and they aren't there that often. As a matter of fact, I told Rog that the week before I went grocery shopping and was tempted to buy flowers myself but decided it wasn't worth it that day. Anyways. I wanted to thank my wonderful husband again for being so sweet and thoughtful on a day that was just ordinary. I think those are the best kind of days to get such a nice gift. Just ORDINARY days. I also thought it was pretty nice because he had to put the arrangement together. He didn't just grab any bouquet. My favorites are the orange ones on the side of the screen. Perfect fall flowers! Thanks BABY!!! I Love You Too!
One thing I did get a kick out of though. While he was looking for the right flowers for me, the lady working there asked if he needed help and assumed he was looking for homecoming flowers! OK seriously? Was she trying to get flowers for herself that day? Rog told her, "um, no I am buying them for my wife. I am 31." Just thought that was a bit humerous.
