Kid Concoctions

We went into a store at Silver Dollar City that had many creative and fun toys for kids.
We were there for about an hour, enjoying the air conditioning, shopping the tables and watching the kids(along with Grandma Nette and Aunt Deanna)play with floam.

Deanna told us about these bags where you can make your own slushies.
We picked up two and couldn't wait to get home to try them out!

After we put the ingredients together we had to shake the bag for 5 - 7 minutes.
Rog gave that job to Luke.
He quickly gave that job to me and about 2 minutes in, I handed the job over to Rog.

He did a WAY better job!

7 minutes later and this is what we had.

They were pretty tasty!

The kids ate their slushy, decided they were done and ran off to play.

We just weren't content with making the slushy.

We figured why we still had ice we should make another concoction!

So.

Rog started the shaking process

AND

this is what we had 7 minutes later!

The first bite...

was soon followed by devouring the entire bowl in seconds!

It was just that good!

We were both a bit shocked at how tasty it all was and were glad that we made the purchase.

Well.

For the kids of course. *smirk*

We did let Luke and Liv taste the ice cream but they were a bit too busy playing to care.

Thankfully!
