just being themselves

Liv.
Olivia Ann.
What can I say? Once a clown.... probably always a clown!
She is witty, moody, shy and fiesty all in about 5 minutes. Her favorite color is green. We are trying to work on the girly colors, but for now, what Luke is about, so is she. There is a stroller and a baby every now and then but then Luke shows up.
She is picking up on all kinds of words and using them pretty well.
"Don't yike it."
"Don't ooo dat."
"Thank yuum"
"Donin?"along with some others are probably my favorite saying of hers right now.
Just the other night at the store, she was sitting in the cart with Luke and pretending to burp, long and loud just so they could say, "oh, excuse me."

If she dosn't like something, trust me, she will let you know and their won't be much to change her mind.
She keeps our day interesting that's for sure!
And I wouldn't change any minute of it.... Well, yeah, that's not all true. I would probably change all those times where she throws a fit and it takes a pretty long time to get her to do something she just doesn't want to do. Like. Change her clothes.

Luke.
Luke William.
Well, this little guy is always letting us know that he is a BIG boy. Really Big! Not a baby anymore.
Why do parents make their kids grow up so fast? The first born anyways. It's like we have to see everything they can do right away and make them do everything so early and by the time they are 2 they don't want to be little anymore! What is up with that?
Anything Daddy does is everything Luke wants to do and nothing less.
That is pretty cool to see.
He is all about baseball, superman, spiderman, fishing, lightning McQueen and Tow Mater.
Luke used to think that Mater was McQueen because McQueen was red and if you are red you are a Tomato. Makes sense right? Now they are both a team and there is no siding with one or the other.
His favorite color is blue and nothing else. For now.
I mentioned he was all about fishing right?
What was so funny was the life jacket went on and no longer could luke move his arms or bend over. The jacket didn't last that long. He was too cute though.

Oh boy....when our son and oldest daughter were little, she absolutely idolized him! She wore his clothes even! I think that's why she's a bit of a tomboy now.....

Liv will always, always love her brother and he'll be number one in her heart. Great post!
