Luke is starting to walk!!! He has been taking steps for the last few weeks now and the last 2 to 3 nights he has really been taking his time and concentrating on his steps! That is all he was doing last night before bed. For almost an hour I'd have to say he was crawling over to something to help him stand up and from there went from one end of the room to the next! He could have played with any toy he wanted and instead he was mastering his walk! It is so fun to see him try to accomplish something like this. He was certain last night that he was going to get it down! I am going to try to get some video of him walking so hopefully I will be successful with that soon! My "baby" is getting too big!

That's awesome Aimee! I love it when they first start to walk. I hope you guys are feeling better, I feel awful because more than likely we are the ones who gave it to you. Nothing like a goodbye present.
He's definitely getting so grown up! Such a sweet boy. Hope you guys are feeling better. We missed you guys last night.
My best guess on the carseat/swing thing is that I put her swing at mock speed and occasionally turn the vacuum cleaner on for the first 2 minutes to help her knock out. Two luxuries I don't have in the car...but she seems to be doing better (sometimes). At least it's not ALWAYS crying and gnashing of teeth these days when we head out for a ride. =)
He's really getting big...you're in for it now! :-) The walking changes everything. But, it is soooo fun to watch them go thru new stages like this. We miss you all, can't wait to see you in 4 weeks!
